Giving Back: Community Bench Project

At Kingfisher Developments, we believe that building strong communities goes beyond bricks and mortar. That’s why we were proud to support Llanfabon Primary School as part of our recent project in partnership with United Welsh Housing Association.

As part of our Community Benefits commitment, our team designed and built a set of custom benches for the school—providing a lasting and practical addition to the playground and outdoor areas. The benches offer a place for pupils to sit, chat, and enjoy some fresh air during break times.

This small but meaningful gesture reflects our wider ethos: to leave a positive, lasting impact wherever we work. Whether it’s housing, public infrastructure, or community initiatives, we’re committed to delivering value not only to clients, but to the people and places connected to our projects.
