Kingfisher Developments Wales Ltd was honoured to support the United Welsh Volunteer Awards 2026, celebrating the incredible individuals who dedicate their time, energy and compassion to making a positive difference within their communities.

The awards recognised volunteers from across the region, shining a spotlight on those whose commitment and selfless efforts continue to improve the lives of others. Their contributions help strengthen local communities and demonstrate the power of volunteering to create lasting, meaningful change.

As part of the ceremony, Managing Director Simon Cottingham had the privilege of presenting the Community Champion Awards. Congratulations go to Vanessa Millard, who received the Community Champion Award, and Laura Knowles, who was recognised as the runner-up for her outstanding contribution.

Speaking at the event, Simon said:
