Community Wellbeing Benefits in the Vale of Glamorgan

Brandon’s story:
Brandon found himself living in a hostel at 16 and subsequently moved in with his partner, who he has been living with for a couple of years. He’s really enjoying his time with Kingfisher and states that the “Team are very good and it’s a nice environment to be working in.” He said that the best part of the job is feeling part of a Team, his daily duties include, moving materials, putting the mixes on and cleaning up the site.
Brandon is working on the Vale of Glamorgan’s Cadoxton Primary School Project for Kingfisher Developments.

Kingfisher’s Senior Site Manager, Gareth Seabourne, has quoted  “Brandon has come on hugely in the last 6 months and has grown in confidence. We have teamed him up with our ground work team and is very keen to learn new skills.”
